The bright spots were wonderfully friendly staff and a comfortable bed. That's wherte it ended. The proper sheets weren't even on the bed when we arrived and we had to call for correction several times. The room key opertaion of the elevator was ridiculous. Security is a great idea but we had to go to the front desk fgor new keys and/or instructions about 6 times in 4 days -very annoying. One night there was a party in a room that was so loud no one could sleep. We called and called, nothing was done about it. Next day when they were cleaning the room, commemnts were made by the styaff that it was the wildewsat party theyu'd ever seen or heard in the hotel. I' m for fun but what about the rest of us getting some sleep - which is why we rented a room.
