The person that assisted us at this hotel named Robert was very helpful. He stored our luggage as we arrived at the hotel too early to check in. He gave us a map and marked areas that we were interested in.

The room was very clean also the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a upper room and it was very quiet. The hotel was very easy to get to from the airport as it is located right next to Wynyard train station. The hotel is in walking distance to to Circular Quay,the opera house and most other places of interest. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was adequate. The room size was good but the bed was like a rock. The staff were variable, meaning some helpful, some snooty--which, for me, was unusual for Australia. (Everywhere else I found people to be quite friendly and helpful.) A major gripe was the internet service. Wireless was only available in the lobby and cost by the hour. The speed was excruciatingly slow.
