I didn't feel comfortable at this hotel.
11/15/2011We booked 2 rooms and both of them were small. the only good thing is that is well situated, but we are not going back to it.

The Hotel Wellington is beautiful and inviting. The staff were excellent. My daughter and I checked-in early and were just going to leave our bag, but the bellhop came right up to us and said he was going to see what he could do to help us into our room faster. I am in a wheelchair and he said the manager wanted to make me as comfortable as possible. Well, they went above and beyond, we had early check-in and than was shown to a suite! The room was beautiful, clean and made us feel like moving in! After our evening was done, we were chilled and didn't know how the heat operated. Within minutes someone was at the door to accomodate us. The beds were incredibly inviting and I hadn't slept that well in a very long time. I didn't want to get out of bed because it was so comforting. I was so pleased with the hotel I wrote several notes thanking the manager and the staff. It was also so close to the events we had planned, tickets to a show, dinner and times square were all within blocks. Would absolutely stay again and hated to leave

This is a pretty good hotel. I would stay again.
10/05/2011I only give them a hard time because the hotel is expensive, but it is still inexpensive by nyc standards.
