If you want to spend time in Manhattan this is a great location. I stayed for about a week, when I wasn't working a walked to a different theatre every night for a show. It is also right on a subway line (I took the subway to both a Mets and a Yankees game) and just blocks from Central Park, Times Square and the Ed Sullivan Theatre. Don't expect the luxury you would find in the nicer hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, but enjoy NEW YORK.

The hotel was clean, comfortable beds, and the room was very large by NYC standards. The subway stop right outside comes in handy as well, so that makes it easy to get anywhere or you can grab one of the many cabs that go by there. Close to many restaurants and easy walking distance to a lot of different places in midtown. My room was very quiet as well, which was a plus. I would recommend.

I stayed at the Wellington with a friend right after Thanksgiving. The staff was friendly & super helpful. It has an amazing location, just a few blocks away from so many things in NYC. The rooms are small, but they have everything we needed, plus who goes to NYC to sit in their room!!! We both agreed that our next trip to NYC we will try to get a room there again!

We had a suite which provided ample privacy for all of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located within walking distance to most everything we wanted to do. I felt that it was a good value, and I would definately stay here again.
