Beautiful Hotel
04/06/2008What a beautiful place to stay. an easy walk along the beach to resturants and shopping.

I was with my young granddaughter and never felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Sitting on the balcony watching surfers, dolphins, joggers, walkers, etc. it doesn't get much better than this. The staff was exceptional. Couldn't ask for more !! -

This was a great place. The view from the balcony and pool was AWESOME (right on the beach) We have 2 small children and the hotel staff was friendly and courteous and patient with the kids...the only thing that was a negative was the room service... they order the food from 2 restaurants off the property about 3 blocks away. It takes along time to receive your food and when you get it, it's cold. So if you plan to order rm svce, don't expect hot food. Other than that, we had an awesome vacation. They had turn down service for new years eve and champagne and chocolates...great customer service!!! Breakfast in the am was good, lots of variety, mostly cereals, pastries, fruit and boiled eggs....good start to the am...oh yeah and starbucks coffee!!!
Would definetely stay again!!! -

We think The Pacific Terrace is the best choice on Pacific Beach. It's the most gorgeous hotel there, and you have easy walking access to the beach, shops, grocery/drug stores, and restaurants.

11/20/2007The view, the view.. the hotel was clean and staff was there to help i've stayed at many of places and this would rank on my top 5 places ...
The View, The View.. The hotel was Clean and Staff was there to help I've stayed at many of places and this would rank on my top 5 places to return for the price the only down fall and I mean only is the parking it costs 20 bucks if you can't find a free spot on side of hotel, but if you do then stay there food and entertainment is in walking distance..The rooms have great decor not like pictured on some travel sites very tommy bohama nice dark wood colors, beds are very comfy we slept with the balcony doors open to hear the ocean could have stayed in bed all day, upgrade to ocean view worth it plus some....

This was the best place we have stayed!!! The emplyees are top notch. No matter what we needed they made sure to get it for us. The grounds and views were spectacular!! It is also very private and secure. Location was great. You could get to all attractions within 15 mins. Can't wait to come back!!!
