- This hotel requires guests to provide a valid credit card in order to check in.
- The hotel charges a 15 per night, per room resort fee (recovery fee), which will be collected directly by the hotel at check-in. This fee includes use of the following: wireless Internet, airport shuttle, local phone calls up to 15 minutes, pool and beach access, towels, beach chairs, and cocktail hour.
- The hotel offers complimentary drinks nightly from 7pm to 8pm for all guests (well drinks only). In addition, the hotel also offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle to and from Miami International Airport on a fixed schedule. Hotel is not responsible for missing a flight due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or mechanical problems with the shuttle.

In general, the hotel is good for the price we paid per night. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite but is not too bright - basically, they are not the people one would want to ask recommendations on tourism from. The rooms have a minimalist design - I loved it being all white. The nightlife at their beach club / restaurant is v. good. Now the bad part - the bathroom floor is very cheap looking and the lighting in the hallway is very low. It feels like night even in daytime. Other than that, it is overall a good hotel to stay - very close to the beach and Lincoln Rd Mall.

If you are not the college type and are not there for spring break- DO NOT STAY at this hotel. Loud, not so clean, rooms are so small and the bathrooms are dirty. after 2 night there i decided to go to another hotel.

The roos were bland. Hotel in general was not very clean. Staff was nice but not helpful. The room had no heat (cold when we were there). Rooms and hotel halls had poor lighting. Felt more like a dorm room than a hotel. Wakeup service called at 5 and 6:30 AM when none was requested (others said they had same problem). Red shag carpet was kind of scarey (dirty).

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We stayed bcause only hotel cold get 4 sbowl wknd. rooms are all white w/no carpet and very clean. The food at the restuarant especially breakfast was awesome. a very hip hotel.Oh and the drinks they make are on point. it was great. And the manager was awesome. We are planning to go back in a couple of weeks and eventhough we have the ability to stay at the Ritz, the Delano and the likes I think we are probably going to stay here again!

I HAD A GREAT STAY I LOVE THE TEMPERPEUTIC BEDS AND THE WATER FALL SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE I ALMOST SLEPT THE VACATION AWAY THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE I ALSO LOVE THE DECOR . IT IS IN A CONVOENT PLACE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
