Important Hotel Information
- This hotel requires guests to provide a valid credit card in order to check in.
- The hotel charges a 15 per night, per room resort fee (recovery fee), which will be collected directly by the hotel at check-in. This fee includes use of the following: wireless Internet, airport shuttle, local phone calls up to 15 minutes, pool and beach access, towels, beach chairs, and cocktail hour.
- The hotel offers complimentary drinks nightly from 7pm to 8pm for all guests (well drinks only). In addition, the hotel also offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle to and from Miami International Airport on a fixed schedule. Hotel is not responsible for missing a flight due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or mechanical problems with the shuttle.

The pork dumplings in Vietnamese style are a must for those who have come to this hotel for the first time. To leave without trying this dish would be a crime. The dumplings seemed to melt in the mouth and the sauces and spices were added in perfect proportion. I am a harsh critic when it comes to food but I could not find a single flaw in the delicacies that were served to me. Try out the sushi too as it is simply great here!

My girlfriend had just gotten a promotion, and we decided to take a vacation to celebrate. Now I know a lot of hotels that react oddly to the sight of lesbian guests, but I must say the employees of Catalina Hotel welcomed us with a warm smile. The El Grande suite (we had to indulge) had more than enough space for us to practice yoga in privacy, and the spa facilities were excellent. The sushi at Kung Fu restaurant was excellent. My girlfriend is non-alcoholic, but I sure enjoyed the cocktails too!

I am a party person and love to go to nightclubs and dance till the wee hours of the morning. When I had agreed to this sudden trip with my friends, I had no idea that it would be so exciting. I am glad we arrived in time for the annual New Year bash or else we would have missed out on one of the most happening parties ever. Delicious food, loads of vodka, rum, and whiskey, and fantastic music – it was the perfect start to the New Year.

I wanted to spend some time with my girlfriend at a place where no one would disturb us. This hotel gave us exactly what we wanted and more. I must say that the room that we stayed in was just marvelous. The décor and ambience set the tone for our romantic getaway. The silky smooth sheets, the butter soft pillows, and the large sized bathtub were what I loved about our room. The matching bathrobes were an added bonus. A big and hearty thank you for making our stay so special.

This is not a bad hotel. The location was great close to beach, shops, restaurant, clubs and public transportation. The free drinks for one hour was great. The staff was mostly nice. Now for the not so great stuff about this hotel. The room was way smaller then what it looked on the website. Hardly anyspace for our luggage no drawers to put your stuff and the closet was super small. Hardly any floor space left to walk cause our luggage had to be stored on the floor. The room had 2 bed but just one robe. They rectifed this by providing another robe on request. NO AC just central air that we couldn't control so we had to tolerate the room temp house keeping doesn't clean well under the bed had dust bunnies like they don't sweep under there and around the garbage can in the bathroom as well some toilet paper behind garbage was there the whole time No cold water. Just warm the little cold water they had was with low pressure. I think there was something wrong with the fauset or shower so It might just been this room that the problem was encounted Not worth the money not a bad hotel we could deal but we could've gotten this same thing for a lot less at another hotel
