Important Hotel Information
- This hotel requires guests to provide a valid credit card in order to check in.
- The hotel charges a 15 per night, per room resort fee (recovery fee), which will be collected directly by the hotel at check-in. This fee includes use of the following: wireless Internet, airport shuttle, local phone calls up to 15 minutes, pool and beach access, towels, beach chairs, and cocktail hour.
- The hotel offers complimentary drinks nightly from 7pm to 8pm for all guests (well drinks only). In addition, the hotel also offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle to and from Miami International Airport on a fixed schedule. Hotel is not responsible for missing a flight due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or mechanical problems with the shuttle.

If we had ever thought of an ideal vacation – this was it! My wife and I enjoyed every part of our holiday spent in the Catalina Hotel and Beach Club. Out of our 3-day stay at the Catalina, it didn’t take much long for my wife to fall in love with the hotel’s spa. Be it a French Manicure or Toe Polish Change, she was head-over-heals with the amazing service that was offered. Through our stay in Catalina, we were able rekindle the lost sentiments of our relationship.

The wireless Internet connection proved to be my savior. Can you imagine being woken up your boss in the middle of the night when you are on vacation? I had taken my laptop along but I did not have an Internet connection with me. My boss had asked me to have a video conference with one of our company clients. Thank god your hotel provides a 24 hour wireless connection! The video con went off smoothly. Plus the rooms were cozy and the bed sheets were super soft. An extremely satisfactory stay from my point of view.

Last week I was out there at SoBe with a business partner and happen to stay here for 2 days. What I was most impressed with was the friendliness of the service staff. My associate is always careful about the food that is served – but, at Catalina he never got a chance to complain. I really enjoyed the Vietnamese-Style Pork Dumplings – they were truly delicious! I will surely come back to Catalina to check other varieties of food that are offered by the Kung Fu Kitchen and Sushi.

In the mornings I would spend my time in the rooftop pool of the hotel. The view from the roof was also spectacular and I loved to sit and look at it for hours. In the evening, I would hit the bar and have a couple of cocktails and chat with some of the guests. I did not know that coming for a holiday alone would be so fulfilling. I made some good friends here and we have promised to keep in touch with each other. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and the food was great!

I was quite exhausted with work and life, and was thinking about a break. I did manage to get my leave approved and escaped to SoBe to soak in the party fever. My stay at the Catalina Hotel was a great experience. There was good food at the restaurant, some amazing variety of cocktails and martinis, and a bunch of hot girls who were staying at Catalina. The vacation was surely a memorable one and I would love to come back and enjoy the hospitality!
