Would never stay here again..... worst hotel i have ever seen. The Staff did not want to help with anything!!! The room was dirty and i really dont think the cleners know how to clean ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

This hotel is soooooooooooooo bad!!! They remake the beds, but do not give you clean towels or facecloths. NO ONE speaks english except for the front desk clerk!!! Good luck to anyone who has the guts to stay here, but I say, don't do it. There are tons of hotels on Miami Beach, pick another one, seriously!!!!!!!!!!

For the money, the hotel was o.k. It was in a good location. The rooms are SIMPLE, don't expect luxury, but right on the beach and close to everything. Parking is a problem, so expect to park on a side street down the road - If you are looking for nice soap, shampoo, thick towels, etc. this is not your hotel - but if you can stand simplicy, bring your own soap and shampoo - its worth the money. Sincerely, Probably will go back to same spot.

Terrible experience - Checked in and left to stay somewhere else. Parking is a scam! Parked for an hour valet because no parking anywhere and this cost me * for 1 hr. Charged for a key that I returned and the desk mgr lost I guess -that was 10 dollars. Beds looked like elephants have slept in them and nice aroma will meet you as you get off the elevator if you happen to try to stay during Memorial day - which I highly suggest you plan to not be around for. Terrible customer service all the way around to top it off.
