Important Hotel Information
- Please note the hotel is a non smoking hotel
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into hotel.
- Please note all guestrooms only have one bed and can only hold a maximum of 2 people (including children). The hotel does not offer rollaways. Only family suites have 2 beds and can accommodate up to 4 people (inclusive of children).
- The hotel will be closing off individuals floors to do guest room renovations starting July 5th during regular business hours. There will be minimal disturbance to guests.

We stayed here for three nights, and everything was just perfect. The staff is nice, the room was just as described, and even a little bigger than expected, and the complimentary breakfast was more than sufficient. The rooftop terrace is a must see. Got some nice pictures from up there. The hotel is very centrally located, especially if you like shopping at Macy's, one block away. Would definitely stay here again.

I would stay in this hotel again. It was in a convenient location that was within walking distance of Times Square, Broadway, Madison Square Garden. The subway station was right on the corner also. The room was small but clean. The hotel staff was very friendly land helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Metro. My room was tiny, but I was told that when you book on a travel website that you get the smallest rooms. There was quite a bit of road noise (honking, etc.) but I assume that is normal for NYC. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The continental breakfast was excellent!

This is a great hotel! I've stayed several times on work trips. Great location...plus free continental breakfast. The Metro Grill is also a good restaurant that is attatched to the hotel. Another feature you don't hear much about is the rooftop patio. It's so nice up there and they are opening up the bar this summer ; ) I plan on taking a trip with friends and this is where we will stay!
