Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check-in to the hotel. Proper ID is required at check-in.
- Pool Hours are 8am to 5pm daily, weather permitting.
- A credit card or cash deposit is required at time of check-in; credit cards will be subject to a 100.00 nightly authorization and cash users will be subject to 200.00 nightly. Please note the hotel does not offer any rolloways.
- An early departure fee of 50 percent of the rooms value, will be charged to that individuals account.
- 100 per day incidental fee is required upon check in.
- Valet parking is 34.00 per day.

I go to South Beach at least once a year and Ive stayed many places. This hotel was quiet, clean and easy to get to. Right next to the Clevelander I had the option of hanging out there too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Victor met us at the curb carrying our luggage, getting us set up in our room and making us feel special. He even walked us to get lunch and then to the beach. Each employee made wonderful food recommendations, got us cabs, etc. we had the best time and will be back to the Essex House!!

My husband and I stayed at Essex House for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a cool modern feel with all the charm of an art deco hotel. The staff was very friendly and we had a fun time at happy hour. We got to sample some of the sushi for the new japanese restaurant that is going in there and it was delicious. There are a lot of hidden perks such as free coffee in the morning and refreshing fresh lemonade to quench your thirst after being at the beach all day. The location is a blocks from the beach and all sorts of fun clubs and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Just a block of the ocean the Essex House is very convenient to the beach and fun restaurants and bars. The room was lovely, but the stars were the staff. Delightful people who had great ideas about dining and shopping, and truly seemed to take an interest in us.
