    The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel room and other hotel features were very clean. However my room was unexpectedly the size of a closet; I couldn't have the bathroom door open while trying to leave through the main door it was so cramped. I recommend, (if possible) finding out just how large your room is beforehand. Overall I give my stay a 7.5 out of 10

    My fiance and i stayed at this hotel over st. patrick's weekend, which of course is a very busy and crowded time in chicago. the only thing to complain ...

    My fiance and I stayed at this hotel over St. Patrick's weekend, which of course is a very busy and crowded time in Chicago. The only thing to complain about, if anything, would have been the noise from the hallway; people coming in after drinking at two in the morning were extremely loud and the door to our room did nothing to block the noise. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay. Beautiful hotel! Definitely a good value for the money.

    Stayed here for a weekend trip to Chicago, I booked 2 rooms one river front and one basic. The front desk upgraded my second room to a river front also when we had a check in problem, overall it was a good stay. Pros: 1. Great view: Only if you have a river front room 2. Very friendly staff: we asked one of the security guys where some places where, a few of them he never heard of and didn't know where to find them. when we came back hours later he found us and gave us the directions. Cons:1 1. Rooms: The rooms are kind of small, Old, and very basic. The outlets are inconvenient, no ac. 2. Parking: There is no actual Parking ramp for this hotel, they suggest the parking lot behind their building. the parking lot people were rude, expensive, and told us to leave when we didn't understand how the in and out parking process worked. so we sparked down the street at park 1 it was way cheaper and easier. 3. Breakfast: very expensive
