Had a GORGEOUS view! i could lay in my clean bed & look out the 3 huge windows & see the lake & Navy Park, which at night was especially beautiful to see the lights of the ferris wheel. I'm not a housing inspector, pointing out flaws my room may or may not had, as some reviewers feel compelled to do. So what if the shower curtain is just a plain white standard curtain, & the baseboard is mis-matched, what i'm most concerned about is that I felt safe in my room, it was clean, bed & bath linen was clean, bathroom was clean, and the room smelled clean. No noise was heard from adjoining rooms, the hallway or upstairs. Housekeeping was helpful, friendly, & professional. I will definitely use this hotel again if I'm afforded an opportunity to revisit the city.

Older Hotel with atmosphere and the location is the best.

Because we receive the travolocity price and traveled in the off season the price was a good value and you cannot beat the location or view from the Lake front king rooms, we had a 12th Floor Room. Room very clean and spacious with high ceilings and large bathroom. We were able to walk everywhere, just park in public parking around the corner from the hotel. If you don't use valet even the parking was not a bad price for security and access, we did not pay for parking at the hotel. Go out to eat the restaurant breakfast was overpriced. There are restaurants that serve a great breakfast 2 blocks north on Michigan. If we were to stay longer would bring a small cooler and stock up on water snacks and stuff from CVS on everyother corner and get ice from Hotel. We would stay again for sure.

we stayed there on april 28-29. we picked this hotel because it was the closest to the MARCH FOR BABIES walk. We have triplet girls. So we had them and 3 adults in a 2 double bed room. it was big enough for all of us and 3 pacl n plays to be set up and 2 strollers not folded and we still have pleanty of room to move around... i read some people say the rooms were small so we were afraid but it was a great time. we will come back for next years walk
