I traveled to Hong Kong as a single female to visit my brother while he studied abroad. This hotel welcomed me from the first minute I arrived until the minute I left. I wish customer service was this good everywhere! Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and went up and beyond. there were no issues--not even with currency conversion (on my credit card). I felt very safe here. I would stay here again if I were to return to Hong Kong.

the hotel is nice, although rooms are very tiny. Also it's very clean. Food inside is extremely expensive but outside you have some choices. The area is a little away from kowloon but there's plenty of transportation around.I would not recommend to be hanging out during the night cause it's a little scary. The price it's ok but remember HK is expensive at all ecerywhere.

Hotel was nice, clean and in good location. We enjoyed taking HKD$* ride in little tramway to the hotel. Only thing that bothered me was that the cleaning cart was right by out room and the cleaning ladies were chating there all morning which was bit annoying. Over all - good place for the value.
