I was expecting better service and better quality, the bed was tiny and we had to pay $20 daily to have a mini fridge in the tiny room. Our room was never cleaned or bed made the whole 3 days we were there. There are not ice machines, meaning that everytime you want ice you must call and wait for it.

The Upper East Side was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the Theater District! The lobby was warm and cozy (candles in the evening) and the bellmen and front desk staff were very welcoming. Our room was lovely and larger than I expected. Everything was very well decorated and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

My first time in NYC i chose a place by location and price. I was not disappointed! We walked everywhere including Central Park, upper West Side, upper East Side. We easily caught the subway, found funky and delightful restaurants nearby and had a great time. I definitely would stay there again. My only concern: their restaurant is average.

The Bentley was lovely and the staff very accomodating. The room had a great view of the river. The appointments were First Class. I visited during the New York Marathon and some of the streets were blocked off, but the city was very welcoming. Everything was within walking distance, or a quick, inexpensive cab ride away. I would definitely stay at the Bentley again. I booked the air and hotel together, which was very convenient and the price was quite reasonable.
