They tried but the hotel just comes in at poor.

Room had no refridge in the refridge cabinet. Water was dripping from the ceiling at the window. Bathroom door would not close. After complaint we (3) were moved to another room... smaller and no refridge AND again the bathroom door could not be closed without lifting it up and yanking it. Complaint again... and a small refridge was brought to the room. Complaint again because it did not cool. Another was brought to room. The following day the bathroom door hinge was screwed back to the jamb. NO ice bucket without calling for ice. Three people in a room for 6 nights.. and never did the maid get the count right on towels and washcloths. The front desk earned the 1 smiley face.

Great location - restaurants, convenience stores, metro stop cloSe by and you are still away from tourist spots and crowds. Staff very friendly and always ready to help you out. Nice and clean rooms, very nice view specially from restaurant in top floor.

The hotel's staff was very friendly and the location wasn't too bad. However, the bathrooms were so loud. You could hear every time another room flushed and it woke me up every time. The room was average, but the bathroom shower had a half glass panel which allowed water to spray everywhere and drenched the floor. Also, the staff cleaned our room, but failed to leave any bath towels. Overall the biggest problem was the noise inside and outside the hotel.

We stayed at the Bentley Hotel for eight nights. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The water was hot and they supplied very nice toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was a very nice LCD flat screen, with a lot of cable channels. The only complaint we had was with the air conditioning. When we arrived the A/C unit was set to heat. We like the room very cool. We asked if it could be set to cool, so they sent maintenance immediately and they made an adjustment to the unit but it still did not cool the room adequately. We asked for a fan and they brought one to the room, and that helped. The Staff was very courteous and helpful. The Hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in the restaurant in the morning, and in the lobby the rest of the day. We would stay at the Bentley again.

The Hotel was clean and tht is a plus but it was alittle out of the way,not too many restaurants to choose from and it was on the corner of an entrance to the FDR plus A a Mobile Gas Station. So there was a lot of traffic.The room was small but serviceable.Hotel staff was pleasant.
