This hotel is priced right for what it is. I just needed a place to sleep, and had an early flight, so I didn't eat breakfast, or want a pool or anything extra. I was happy with the cleanliness. Though it is a bit worn around the edges, the Ambassador will likely host us again.

1. Had to wait over 1 hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle. Some other folks said they had waited nearly two hours. If I had known this, I would have taken a cab. 2. Calls to the hotel for help went unanswered. The front desk phone just rang and rang. 3. Hotel was ok, but there is little nearby so if you want dinner it looks like pizza. 4. Front desk staff person was training a new employee and couldn't b bothered to greet or help people even though there was a line forming. 5. Breakfast looked like a free breakfast but cost 8 or 9 dollars. Cereal, toast, etc. Terrible.

It is exactly what you pay for. i have no real complaints. Just know to bring your own shampoo, etc cause they provide only the very basics. That was fine with me cause I would prefer to pay less rather than pay more for extras I don't need. The hotel had a pool and everything available if you ask.

Comfortable clean room OK for money and location
09/19/2012Rooms were clean and comfortable, nothing fancy. front desk was very helpful when we needed additional bedding. no complimentary breakfast a negative.
