Location, location, location...I go here for the location and price not for the quality of the establishment. It is walking distance to downtown/events and lake eola...if you dont mind walking around a few homeless. If I traveled with someone else I would probably upgrade to somewhere else downtown and pay more. Quite a few homeless in the area...only 1 ice machine, clear at the front of the hotel. It appears to have been there for many years a bit rough looking and a bit musty.

We stayed here for several nights because of the location near Eola Park, and downtown Orlando sites. We also brought our little dog. The room and entire interior of the halls, etc. showed lots of wear, almost rundown, and smelled not so good either. Could have been the A/C & humid air, but still not so good. I liked having a TV, & couch, plus the bed, microwave, & bathroom. That worked! But I would probably NOT go there again.

This is a hotel for those looking for no more than a comfortable place to sleep. There are absolutely NO extras: pool, restaurant, etc. However, it is so conveniently located to downtown and the Amway center, which are walking distance without having to cross major streets. Our room was clean and quiet. We felt very safe walking in the area. We preferred this hotel to the fancier, over-priced ones.

Someone should really tell them they need to do something about the disgusting bathroom we had.And never advertise they have free breakfast, when they don't.Someone shoud tell their staff a little more info about the rooms to.I guess the condiments we got to go with the coffee, might have been ok if we didn't have to beg for coffee. Be gratful for what we got, right! WIFI,I think they had it, but would have had to make a call (and get charged for it) and hold longer than we did to get help on locating it.
