Greated with a smile. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Had a fridge and microwave which was GREAT since we had our children with us. Bathroom only had a shower which was a little outdated but was roomy!! Heated pool was an A+. Close to Fishermans Warf, resturants and grocery stores ( for microwave popcorn). Only real downside is the airport is very close with planes flying overhead, but didn't hamper our stay. Will stay at again!

I have stayed here quite often and must say that this is my favorite hotel in the area. The staff is always friendly, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent (for a continental breakfast).

Wireless internet is advertised but it was unavailable as they are supposedly "doing an upgrade". Directly in path of airport. Walls are paper thin; I didn't sleep most of the time I was there due to loud neighbors talking or things going on in the parking lot. There is no air conditioning unit so there is nothing to drown out the noise. The lock on the patio door was broke so they made an "s" hook contraption; I did not feel safe as a single female. Also, when asked about air conditionining I was told to "open a window". The only window is the patio door so I am going to leave my first floor patio door open all night? Yeah, that's real safe. Breakfast was bad-bagels, hard boiled egss and cereal. Awful place; I couldn't wait to leave so I could get some sleep.

My husband and I went for an Easter getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice, large, and comfortable our room was. The staff was helpful and courteous. We had sushi for dinner at the attached Japanese restaraunt and LOVED it and the free breakfast was a great start to our next day. There was little noise and we slept very well. When we woke up, my husband said he was going to look at the brand of mattress because it was so comfortable he wanted to buy one just like it. I couldn't have asked for a better, more reasonably priced hotel while staying in such an amazingly beautiful area. Enjoy!

04/29/2012We really enjoyed our stay. room was comfortable clean and very nice. we also enjoyed the breakfast. very good selections. i definitely stay here again when the opportunity arises.
