    We went for a footaball game and had a blast. The pool area
    was small but nice with a nice bar and food service. My wife and I were out late every night so our room being on Bourbon St. was not a problem. If you go to bed before 2am on a weekend it may be wise to ask for an inside room. We enjoyed our trip and will stay there again. The French Quarter is ready for visitors.

    The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarter. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, roomy. Hotel staff are very attentive. The pool area is very nice and very accessible. Truly ran like a 4-star hotel. Only slight down point is parking. Limited parking and very small spaces and steep price ($*/night). I paid * a night to self-park. Otherwise luxurious place to lay your head for a few minutes.....a few minutes you ask......in NOLA no one sleeps for very long. Nice looking bar, restaurant with live music on weekends. Elegantly decorated lobbies and hallways. Good value for the price.

    This trip was just for me and my husband to have some time to ourselves, away from our children. We had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was friendly. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location. We would definetly stay there again.

    I loved the elegant look and feel of the hotel. Room service and maid service were very good. The hotel felt very safe. The bed was extremely comfortable. The noise from the street was virtually unheard inside the hotel. My only complaint was the filthy carpet in the room. It was black with dirt and looked as if it had been that way for quite some time.

    parking was difficult for large suv rental because of low ceilings in parking garage. had we been aware another vehicle would have been rented.

    Desk service was excellent.
    Parking was difficult for large SUV rental because of low ceilings in parking garage. Had we been aware another vehicle would have been rented.
    Service in parking garage was excellent & friendly. Attendant assisted in parking the large vehicles. Maid service was excellent - linens were changed every day except for one day.
    Problem - 2 nights without hot water. We had to wait until the following morning for hot water.
    Rugs in bedroom were in need of cleaning.
    Air-conditioning was excellent.
    Next time we will try another hotel for comparison.
