The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean, however the sheets on the bed were like sand paper and the mattress hard. Thus, I did not have a good night sleep. The location of the hotel is great!

This was by far one of the best hotels me and my husband stayed in! We treat ourselves to a night or weekend away from the children at least once a month. This stay was a one nighter, but the comfort and quiet of The Sheraton made it seem like a weekend! It was just that comforting, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family *best sleep ever*

We stayed her because my son was checking out Univ. of Pennsylvania (yes, he's going now). Would have liked to have seen more choices at breakfast but that's probably a restaurant issue, not a hotel one. My shower didn't work and it only took them about 20 minutes to get it fixed. The internet downstairs in the lobby was great plus the ability to print was awesome. The internet speed in the room was HORRIBLE. Saw quite a few people in the lobby with the same issue. This hotel is near a major hospital so it was a little noisy at night with sirens.
