Even though our room didn't quite match the picture shown, we still had a pretty good view of the city. The room was very clean, and quiet, except for one of the nights, and then it was extremely loud. We didn't care for the food at the on-site Italian restaurant. The restaurant bathroom was filthy dirty. Good thing the rooms didn't match. We did have to pay a $25 per night parking fee, which we were unaware of when booking the room, but that was really the biggest disappointment of our stay there.

I have stayed here twice and both times the staff have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are more comfortable than my own. I am always there on weekends so the ferry right outside the hotel isn't running but they have shuttle service every 15 minutes to the one 1.5 miles down the road which works out perfectly. It is only about a 7-8 minute ride across the river on the ferry. It costs about half of what it costs to stay in the city - well worth it! We also usually go into Hoboken to Carlo's bakery or to eat at one of the restaurants there.
