It was a family trip with our girls to visit the Georgia Aquarium. The staff was very friendly and kind with our daughters. The pool is perfect for little ones, it has a shallow end and a deep end so the little one did fine as well as my older daughter. My husband was super happy, during our stay The National Cheerleading Convention as at the Hotel at the same time. he was such a happy camper. Free breakfast for the girls !!!

The hotel staff was helpful
03/26/2012The check-in staff was friendly and gave us the king room requested. guest services were helpful with directions. the bathroom was quite small. bed was comfortable.

The parking lot is horrible its a maze going from the parking deck to the hotel lobby. I had water dripping from the ceiling from the room above me. I called the front desk and they did have someone come right away. When the person came to fix the leak he did inform me that someone did not fix it before they just said it was fix. I was not happy to hear that.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel. I would recommend it and would stay there again when in Atlanta. It is very conveinent to all items in the down town area!
