  Hotel overall was nice - but the description of the hotel's restaurant was misleading. I was looking forward to the restaurant and they only open it for breakfast and lunch - not dinner. No piano bar, as advertised. Disappointed!

  I would rate my experience "an unenthusiastic average." The room itself was great, however the proximity to the front door, despite being on the third floor, did nothing to alleviate the boisterous party revelers enjoying their cigarettes outside the hotel's main entrance. Finally, at 2:30 a.m., I asked for a room change when the volume met a new all-time high. I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not suggest this solution earlier when I called to notify them of the situation or offer some compensation. Had there been some acknowledgement or the customary, "how was your stay?" at the end of my trip, my review would probably be more positive.

  I was in town for business and I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Luckily I was on business only so I did not care about the view from my room which was the roof of another part of the building and a brick wall. The warm cookies available at night were excellent on a cold night.

  I was very happy with my stay here. The hotel is simply beautiful! It has its own restaurant inside which seems to be very popular on the weekends. Amenities are great and room service is great.
