We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was outstanding, the room was very nice, and everything was terrific. The only negative I can think of is that the parking and restaurant were expensive (as are most downtown hotels.)

The Sheraton is in the heart of the city with restaurants, museum, shopping and Pike Street Market within 10 minutes walking. The hotel is very secure and staff is wonderful. The rooms are basic hotel rooms with an outstanding view. The air conditioning/heating system was not working and made it uncomfortable to sleep. Their is valet parking only. Parking is available at other location with the average being $35 a night. No need to rent a car if only visiting downtown. Easy access to outlying tourist sites by bus or monorail.

Nice place to stay
07/24/2012Great place to stay in seattle, but due to the lack of parking it is not a good place to go if you have a car. parking at the hotel ...
Great place to stay in Seattle, but due to the lack of parking it is not a good place to go if you have a car. Parking at the hotel is 44 dollars a night (if they have room). They did recommend a parking building a block away. It was 30 dollars a night. There is a lot of things to do within walking distance so if I go again I will not rent a car. Also another thing that was a bit of a downer is the Sheraton has 1 cafe for breakfast, and it is somewhat expensive. Not at lot of choices nearby for breakfast either, unless you want to eat at Starbucks.
