Got a great price for a last minute reservation with the secret deals deal, whatever it's called... Staff was very friendly and accommodating considering my late arrival. I was happy to be given a late checkout without a charge. The restaurant was nice, and not too pricey for food items. Drinks very expensive, though. Free wi-fi in the lobby and at Starbucks. The free bathrobe was stained, as was the bedspread. The room was spacious and pretty quiet considering it was at the airport. Trying to charge $3 for a bottle of water in the room is just plain offensive! It is little tacky things like this that really detract from an otherwise pleasant stay. Good shuttle service to and from the airport terminal.

Stayed here on a stop over traveling from UK to Oregon. This hotel was easy to get to (it's serviced by the LAX hotel shuttle service), and the room was surprisingly quiet. Was also very quick to check out the following morning to get my next flight.

Better than standard close-to-airport fare. Decent accomodations, food in restaurant satisfactory, ample parking, easy on and off freeways. I would stay again, but probably because I needed access to LAX. One of the better options in that case.

I've stayed here before and found it to be just like most of the Sheratons. Updated and very comfortable. Not a new hotel, but very much renewed. I had to move rooms when an adjoining room decided to break the smoking policy. They were professional and quick.
