Pretty good
12/29/2010The room was nice and clean upon arrival, but the bathroom needed serious renovation. the pool was clean the restaurant was great, overall nice and clean hotel.

The hotel was alright for the location but the room was average! Parking is * for self park and * for valet a day! Great restaurants in the hotel like shulas steakhouse and chicago burger co! Great walking distance to navy pier about 10 min!

I had read the reviews prior to booking the room and I chose to ignore the negative comments But I should of read them a little closer. Not only was the front desk unfriendly the room was not cleaned when we arrive. The toliet was broken and the phone was broken. I had to go back to the front desk to tell them that someone needs to clean the room and fix the broken toliet and phone.. I assumed that a hotel that charges as much as the Sheraton does I could not go wrong... Man was I wrong. I would not recommed this hotel to anyone. You can get better service and a cleaner room at Motel 6.

Very clean rooms and hotel overall. We did have breakfast and I felt the menu was overpriced for what was offered although kids either get 1/2 off or eat free, depending on their age. No vending machine found on our floor - only ice. Only vending machines were found in valet parking area downstairs - very inconvenient.
