Very noisy partiers across the hall from us at midnight. In their room and out in the hall. I called hotel security and they arrived within 10 with a loud knock on the offending party's room and without hesitation warned them about the consequences of their trashy behavior. This hotel does take your peace of mind seriously.

My first time in the city of Chicago was amazing thanks to this hotel. Centrally located in the middle of "The Loop" right on the river. Our view from our room was awesome it looked right out on the Chicago River and the brand new Trump building, what a sight! Millenium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago were within walking distanceto the south. Most other tourist sights Willis Tower, Hancock Observatory, Water Tower place, Michigan Ave and boat tour launches were less than a five dollar cab ride. The Chicago L was about five blocks away ,for a cheaper way to Wrigley, takes about half hour from the door of the hotel to Addison stop. After the game you can continue on the L to the Willis Tower and you will end up only 5-10 blocks from the Sheraton. My only complaint is for an upscale hotel they did not provide free wifi in the rooms. They do provide computers and free wifi in the Link Cafe.

The hotel, room and location were exceptional during our stay. Our only complaint is a small one: When we checked in early, we were told that our room was not ready, but would be in a half-hour. We waited, and when it was not ready in said half-hour, we stored our bags with the hotel bellhop and set out on the town wearing our travel clothes, in our flip flops and with few belongings we'd planned to take into the city with us, thinking we'd be able to get into our room soon. As the hours passed with no call, we became hot, our feet sore and we wished we'd brought along some of our personal items, like a camera. We finally called in the early evening to have the front desk receptionist immediately check us into a room. The room was lovely, our stay was great, and we would absolutely return. One more con: No free internet.

for the price we paid it was great, once we found the bug crawling on our comforter and found the stained sheets we were not happy! hotel management was contacted, they were very appologetic, but had us waiting for a good 2 hours before we could actually go home!

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with a friend. It was a in a great location - walking distance to Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier. We had a room with two double beds overlooking the water, and it was very comfortable and clean. The lobby and hotel bar were very nice, if pricey ($8.00 for a Blue Moon), and the staff was very helpful and friendly. For breakfast we got bagels and coffee from their shop - also ridiculously overpriced, but convenient. There is an AMC Movie Theater and Bowling right across the street if you have nothing else to do! I would stay here again, especially for the location.
