for the price we paid it was great, once we found the bug crawling on our comforter and found the stained sheets we were not happy! hotel management was contacted, they were very appologetic, but had us waiting for a good 2 hours before we could actually go home!

I booked this hotel for a weekend trip with a friend. It was a in a great location - walking distance to Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier. We had a room with two double beds overlooking the water, and it was very comfortable and clean. The lobby and hotel bar were very nice, if pricey ($8.00 for a Blue Moon), and the staff was very helpful and friendly. For breakfast we got bagels and coffee from their shop - also ridiculously overpriced, but convenient. There is an AMC Movie Theater and Bowling right across the street if you have nothing else to do! I would stay here again, especially for the location.

First when I made the resevertions they didnt tell me it was 50buck aday to park, the room was small, no free breakfast lile other hotel. And everythin was very expensive, even the giftshop was way expensive they wanted 60bucks to a sweatshirt that just said chicago. The staff was rude didnt open taxi door for me, and one guy slamed the door in my face I Will never go back

The view of Chicago from my room was incredible. The staff was delightful. The room was overpriced for the average quality. Carpet was old and a spot was melted together where someone must have dropped an iron or something hot. The bathroom was pitiful. I spent more than I would have normally spent on a hotel based on previous reviews and was disappointed.

Great location, its with in walking distance from everything I wanted to see. The rooms were a good size, good views of the river, and beds were some of the best I have seen in any hotel. The staff was very helpful. It only negitive was there wasn't free internet.
