The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and a short drive to downtown. Was worried traffic might keep us up, but it was actually pretty quiet. Typical budget feel, but very clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Decent breakfast.

Good budget option in North Austin

For those who don't know Austin, they might be disappointed that this is out on I-35, not all that close to UT and the capitol. Driving does not take long, though. This Super 8 is head and shoulders better than the one farther south on I-35. I needed a cheap place to sleep, and this hotel did the job comfortably, both on the back and on the budget.
