Awesome hotel
10/04/2012The staff was excellent, the room was fantastic. it honestly doesn't get much better than this anywhere in the world for the money.

Our first night was overbooked, so we got "upgraded" to Garden Pool suite. Very noisy neighbors including someone knocking at our door at 5am (he got the wrong room). We asked to change rooms the next day, the receptionist apologized and upgraded us to a room with a breath taking view of the strip. And she also credited us the resort fee. Everything was peaches the next 4 nights. Rooms were super plush, suites with sunken living room. Three flat panel TV's (living room, bedroom, bathroom). Huge bathroom with luxurious showers and bath robes. In room wifi was free, but very spotty and disconnects frequently. Garden pool definitely worth a visit. Free valet & self parking. Restaurants were pricey, Bouchon was quite good but avoid Zine @ Palazzo (overpriced mall food).
