Don't expect the same amenities as you may in your local Holiday Inn Express! They will charge you around $5/minute to use business center even if it was for you to print your boarding pass.....there's a delivery fee of $10 from the room service :)) It's one of a kind of romantic place to stay. Resort fee of $20+tx like now most of the other high end hotels. No other hotel compares to it...something different about this place like no other!

Our visit at the Venetian was not disappointing. Our room was gorgeous, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the service we received was great. The location of the hotel was good too, right on the Las Vegas strip. We were however disappointed with one thing in our room that we had never encountered before - the refrigerator. It was stocked full of beverages (to be expected), but each bottle had a sensor under it that was triggered when the bottle was lifted and was immediately charged to the room. A quick trip to the front desk had the charges removed, but I was quite put off by it. I'm sure a lot of charges have been billed to unsuspecting guests because not everyone checks over their bills carefully. And since the refrigerator is stocked and nothing can be removed without a charge, it rinders the refrigerator rather useless. Overall, we were pleased with the Venetian and would recommend it, but stay away from the refrigerator.
