This probably had to be our 4th time staying here, but this time we decided to get the upgrade to use their prestige lounge (which we didn't even use) and the room was located on the Palazzo sides. Will continue to stay here when we travel to Vegas but will save the upgrade money for gambling since the room looked no different to the standard suite. Staff is always nice and they always keep the rooms looking clean. location is great and you don't have to go far from the hotel to have fun.

Having stayed at this property several times over the years, this resort has started to show signs of slipping. Although still beautiful to look at age is starting to show on this once top rated hotel. Our trip over the span over 9/30-10/2 began at the front desk with us asking for a room with a view of the mountians. We understand we didnt order a premium view room, but a partial view of some mountians is all we wanted. The clerk put us in a room that over looked the roof and at other towers, with no mountains at all, not even a peak or partial view. It was like he never heard my voice. Being a loyal customer, 4 prior stays, one would think the clerk would have worked with us a bit and tried a bit harder honoring our request..Now for the room itsself #16320. Well the closet door doesnt shut, the sink gurggles all night long when any water is run in the room, stains on the carpets stains on the walls, and windows were filthy. The best was we found food, (Fritos and M&M;s) in the dressers left from previous guests. Trucks were loading and unloading all through the night making a racket with their back up warnings signals. The property itself is still fine and as beautiful as ever with the exception of the pool chair cushions which have seen better days. Room maintenance has taken a hit, I dont know if it is economy related or the fact they are having some issues with their labor force. We were too busy to discuss this with management, but it is plain and simple some one from management should be checking these rooms on a regular basis and for the glaring issues we observed it is evident this is not happening. For the prices they charge one may want to consider several other options on the strip where management is on point. . This was our "go to" hotel when ever we were in Vegas, but after this visit it is time to reconsider other options..
