We were very impressed with the Venetian, fantastic Bella suite, the Gondola, many fantastic shops, quality places to eat especially Wolfgang Puck's Postrio in the massive open spaced area which provides the impression of a clouded ceiling in the open plaza of Venice, clouds and all. The only negatives were the vast size of the hotel required a couple of days become used to getting around without becoming lost, remember to take the lift to the 10th floor to switch from one section of the hotel to the other, also the main pool had loud music contantly playing luckily the pool area was so vast that quieter areas could also be found. We would stay there again without question. A room service charge allows for free local phone calls and internet. Free breakfast was also included in our room upgrade.

I've been to Las Vegas many times, and have stayed at different hotels along the strip at different times of the year. If you want to experience the luxury that Vegas has to offer, I suggest staying at the Venetian. I walked into my suite and my jaw dropped. The rooms at the Venetian are some of the most elegant Vegas has to offer. Their spa services, the pools, and the general vibe given off by the ambiance is stunning. I know the next time I go to Vegas, and I want luxury, I will chose the Venetian or their sister hotel the Palazzo.

It was a lovely place to stay, though we encountered two problems. I had paid for UPGRADE, and we were checked into a room NOT UPGRADED, so had to wait, wait and then move everything. Upon returning home, I realized I had numerous "bites" on my ankles, which I researched and decided were bed bug bites. It was reported to them, they acknowledged, called, and mailed me some perks. I would stay there again, be more cautious, as it was so lovely, safe and ample playing areas with the Palazzo joined to the Venetian.
