My wife and I are frequent travelers (first time to Las Vegas) and are very apprehensive about staying somewhere new for the first time as I'm sure most of us are. My wife has allergies and we both like, and demand, CLEAN! We stayed five days at the Venetian and from the moment we walked through the doors to the moment five days later when we left all we can say is OUTSTANDING! Everyone, and I mean everyone from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, shops, resturants, gondoliers, performers, workers, casino and security personnel were friendly and helpful. Wether it was day or night and no matter what the question or request all were there to answer and help. The Venetian is beautiful. The way I would put it is the Venetian is a city - under one roof. Terrific restrurants, wonderful shops and plenty of entertainment. The location of the Venetian on the strip is really great. Other than tours we walked everywhere we wanted to go including shows. Kudo's to Venetian's management and all the wonderful people we met. As I stated we stayed five days and that's the rating I give the Venetian - FIVE STARS! One final note worth knowing, my wife became ill one night at 3:20AM and to my (and my wife's) great relief the the Venetian's 24 hour Apothecary saved the day.

My husband sent my best friend and I off here for mother's day weekend. We had a blast! Just another reason I'm glad I married that man. The pool area was a bit crowded by the staff and service and the hotel itself were awesome. All the Vegas hotels need to smooth out check and check out procedures, it always takes too long!

This resort hotel was perfect. All staff exhibited superb customer service skills. All staff smiled and eager to please the customers. Very clean facilies, bathrooms, casino, restaurant, shopping. When you reside at the Venetian, you do not need to visit any other hotel to obtain entertainment, dining, or casino. This resort hotel is all in one.
