Our room was great and the staff was superior. We had access to the concierge lounge, and all there were especially helpful and friendly. I love the pool and had some excellent services at the spa. A luxurious hotel with excellent accomodations. Great restaurants within the Venetian and it's sister hotel, the Palazzo. It is my favorite hotel to stay at in Vegas!

I have stayed at the Venetian many times but have never been so disappointed in the way I was treated as a guest. I was traveling with two other girlfriends to celebrate our birthdays and had reserved two suites. One of our friends traveled from Boston while two of us came from San Francisco. It took the Venetian twelve hours to get my friend her room. I only waited an hour. But then our room requests were completely ignored. I had asked for adjoining rooms away from the elevators and vending machines. They put us directly across from the first floor elevators which was where every drunk 21 year old wanted to run up and down the halls, laughing loudly, knocking on doors and yelling at each other was staying also. I complained-nothing changed-was not offered another set of rooms. Got home and filled out the on-line survey and received an upgrade next time I visit...???really?
