This was our first time to Las Vegas and we had a blast!!! Everything from check-in to getting our Grazie card was a great experience. Our room attendant was very personable and effecient. She even gave us extra pillows. We had a problem with our TV and the service man came within an hour to access the problem which was resolved rather quickly. Overall, we had a great experience and plan on coming back again.

It is really in a good location and REALLY luxurious. LOVE IT!! Lcation is perfect! and the hotel has a cute venece-like mall which is pretty and fun. Staffs there are aware that there customers are very likely to be very drunk and come back to hotel wasted which I thought was very funny.

Very bad checkout experience at hotel.

Our stay was pleasant up until time for checkout. At time of checkout my husband was waiting for me outside the lobby restrooms and security harassed him for standing around. It was not a pleasant ending to our mini vacation. We were literally interagated at time of checkout, after already having stayed at the hotel.

We checked in late, around 1 am in the morning...but still had to wait more than a half hour in line. After that however, our stay was pleasant, starting with the lady at the reception who was extra friendly. She patiently explained our upgrade options, and offered us a room at the Palazzo as there were no more non-smoking rooms left at the Venetian. The rooms were pretty clean, we had an awesome view of the mountains. We had a great time at Lavo, the night club...for which we got free admission. The casino was clean and well maintained. The food options were pretty good, and accommodated all budgets. Will definitely recommend the Venetian/Palazzo.
