My girlfriend and I just went to Vegas during the last couple of weeks of November. We initially booked for the Venetian but upon checking in, decided to upgrade to the Prestige option and got to stay in the Palazzo where we were greeted with friendly and helpful staff, especially the housekeeping. Having the use of the Prestige lounge was very nice and the breakfast and cocktail hour was definitely worth the upgrade. My only complaint are the 7am housekeeping checks that are conducted. After a late night out, we forgot to put up the "Do not disturb" sign and ended up having our door knocked on at an unhealthy hour. Other than that, the room was a VERY comfortable size, the bathroom is the nicest I've seen in all the Vegas hotels I've stayed at thus far, and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Venetian is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The only negatives are the casino is slightly confusing compared to other casino I have been in that have a more open layout. Also, tried to find the Tao Restaurant and it is not easy to find in my opinion and the guy at the door to restaurant was rude, so we did not eat there.
