The hotel went out of its way to accommodate. We had a family emergency and had to cut out trip short. We cancelled out stay and the hotel was willing to refund out prepaid cancelled day even though the hotel was not legally required to do so. We will book the hotel in the future when visiting LasVegas.

This the second time we have stayed at the Venetian and the second time we have had a great experience. There is so much more to do than just gamble. We stayed in March but the weather was 80 degrees, so the pool was open and fantastic the workers were curtious and helpful. We recommend the spa, plenty of machines and free weights. Security throughout the facility is great, always feel safe here. Shops and resturaunts abound if you can't find it here then you don't need it!

I have always had a great experience stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I was a little unhappy with the view that I had this time compared to other times I stay. Did not stop the rest of my experience. The food is outstanding and we did eat at three of the restaurants and room services.
