My room, while a suite as advertised, had two light in non-working status and the tub was dirty, which was unfortunate because it was lovely other than that. Just because someone smokes does not mean they are dirty or are ok with dirty accomodations.

I haven't stayed at the Bellagio or the Wynn, but Venetian is my favorite strip hotel so far. I've stayed there 3 times now. Fantastic. Great location, clean rooms, great amenities. My last stay was a little disappointing when it came to hotel room cleaning, but this place is always great if you can get a deal on the room rate. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Pools are awesome (although I could do with out the booming base from the neighboring Tao beach club. Give it a shot, you wont be disappointed!

From the moment you walk in, it is a terrific experience. The details of the lobby, clean casino, friendly staff. Rooms were fabulous, clean and kept up. Rooms were especailly quiet - couldn't hear anything in the hallway. Great food. Also loved the gaming experience - they did a great job helping the players and made it fun. I won't stay anywhere else.
