A nice hotel and very busy. We had a few requests that were not handled and had to call the desk multiple times over a 4 hour period to get it handled. The ice maker was down on 2 floors and reported immediately and when we checked out they were still broken. There was a great Asian Noodle Restaurant onsite and the service and food were excellent, we ate there often. The rooms were nice and we paid for a room view and it was a great view of the mountains. Overall our stay was very nice.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel. So luxurious I didn't want to go home. Had a little trouble with the internet which I figured out. The only problem was, I stayed in the tower, and it was confusing how to get to the suite. There were many staff members along the way to help me find my way.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Vegas. The rooms are so spacious, I never felt confined. The service is amazing and everyone is very willing to help with whatever you may need. The location is the best if you are looking to gamble and have a good time. Big casinos are in walking distance or a cheap cab ride down the road. Room service is delicious!!! You definitely get what you pay for.
