Hotel was ok. Guess you get what you pay for. On the second day we were moved to another room because of a stopped up sink and a toilet that dripped onto the floor after flushing. Made the room smell like feces. Second room was a little better but still had a bad odor. Overall the hotel was ok since we only stayed in it when we slept. Price was a good value and there were no hidden fees.

This hotel is under construction and is filthy dirty. The carpets are so soiled its difficult to identify the actual colors. We waited in line for over an hour to check in with no water or support from staff. I coounted over 150 folks still in line when I departed. I upgraded to a so called suite and it was dirty, the carpets smelled and the so called roman tub looked like a watering trough at a farm, no pictures, nothing on the walls just a big hole... There are 4 elevators to service 4 towers, hundreds of people. Every time we attempted to use the elevators there were long lines and had to wait to get on a empty elevator. This was a nightmare and would never stay at the Imperial HOtel ever again even if it was FREE.TERRIBLE! The walls are paper thin so we heard all the druks all night long going and coming in the hall ways, STAY AWAY FROM THE IMPERIAL HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!! Construction started at 0530 AM with loud noises of all types.

I arrived at the Imperial Palace on a Wednesday at around 7pm, there were only 3 clerks working the desk with a line of about 15 people waiting to check in, it took me 45 minutes just to check into the hotel. The room was less than acceptable. The carpet was so dirty, that after walking on it my feet turned black. There was garbage left in the room, and a bar of soap sitting on the sink that was previously used. The bed was very uncomfortable, one of the beds could not be slept on because the mattress springs were broken causing the mattress to bend. There was no indication on the hotels website that there was construction going on, however, every morning at 7am I was woke by the sound of extremely loud construction noise and banging. When reported to the hotel desk, I was told "the whole hotel is under construction, so the noise would be heard in any room". I had a great time in Vegas, however, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I've stayed at the Imperial Palace 3 out of my 4 Las Vegas trips. This time was my least impressive stay since the room was not as good as my rooms in the past, and there was major construction going on right in front of the hotel. We had to get dropped off in the back and the taxis didn't come around. The bathroom was huge but there was no tub, and water got all over the floor when we ran the shower. The deal was great, so you get what you pay for.
