the only real issue was only one of the elevators were working the first day so it took forever to get anywhere within the hotel. But as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I didnt spend much time in my room so wasnt a big deal.

I was driving through the US and decided to stop in Vegas on the strip for a night and stayed at Imperial Palace. For the value, it doesn't get any better- I had been sleeping in my car and at various motels and Imperial Palace was loads better at a cheaper price than a motel! Double beds, and included soap and shampoo (some motels were soap only). Felt like a luxury. The only downside was the room was located above the outdoor patio where a band played into the late hours of the morning, but I was so tired by then I fell asleep immediately. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a piece of vegas at a good location on the strip and the best value.

This property is very litteraly in the middle of the strip and is one the most econimical in price. only 2 somewhat negative things where that the elevators are kind of confusing and the buffet was not the greatest. But the other rest were great. staff was very helpful and the gameing was fun. would recomend in a heartbeat, cant wait to go back

Imperial Palace is a good choice for a cheap place to crash if you're in Vegas to party. I got there on a Friday evening when the check in line was insane. I ended up getting upgraded to a mini suite on the 18th floor which was actually really nice (2 flat screens, but no fridge or anything). Great view of Caesars. Way cleaner than I expected after reading reviews. My room was also clean smelling. Some of the other floors did not smell good. My friends had a room on one such floor which was pretty cramped and dated but not the worst I've seen either. My interactions with the staff were pleasant and the location can't be beat for the price. One minor annoyance is taxi service at the IP is not as well organized as other strip hotels.
