The Imperial Palace made me feel like an Emperior. We didn't have to wait for the 3pm check-in, we checked in @ 10am, and our standard room was upgraded to the king size suite for a small price ($20.00). Koko our reservationish was very friendly. The hotel is located right in the middle of the strip, which is very convienent. It's an older hotel but the amenities were perfect. I read the other reviews which made me a little skeptical about the hotel, but my stay was perfect, I couldn't have asked for more.

the hotel was fine for the money . the dealers we encountered were alot of fun and made our visit enjoyable. only thing we had a problem with was one morning after breakfast and a short visit to the casino floor our room was not cleaned. While we there we went to breakfast @ the buffet and to the (can't remember the name) I think it is call Hash House oh! my the food was great and alot of it we went for breakfast. 1 of us had the pancakes and 1 had the pot pie OH MY!! We would recommend this to anyone we know for breaskfast same for the buffet it was wonderful. All and all the hotel was nice but does need some updating. for instants small safes in the rooms would be great because was a little uncomfortable carry all my jewerly and money with me when we went out. But we had a great time.Thank you!

Hello fellow travelers. If you're planning on traveling to Vegas don't stay at the Imperial Palace it's absolutely disgusting. First they don't have a shuttle to pick you up from the airport. So I paid for a shuttle ride there. Second the casino itself looked as though it needed to be deep cleaned and sanitized. Walking through the halls to get to our room reeked of an old damp basement, the once gold carpet now permanently dingy gray. Once we got into our room (which was located in the main hotel, supposedly the better part of the hotel) it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. The walls, floor, the nightstand, and the phone was dirty. The shower turned into a bath every time I used it because of the slow running drain. The only things that were clean were the linen excluding the blanket and the towels. Not complete.

This is a great hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The greatest part of the hotel is the Dealertainers. They are great people and very entertaining and friendly. I could spend hours there watching and playing cards with them. The Hash House has great food and the portions are large. The hotel is also centrally located on the strip making it a great place to stay.
