What can I say about this hotel?! It's a 1 star motel behind the facade of a strip casino! The rooms are SO dirty and dated! The carpet had large water stains throughout the room and smelled as such! The toilets were mess and the shower curtain was black from the bottom! The constant noise all night through the thin walls was rediculous. The casino was just as much of a mess! The only thing positive is the location. I am hoping that the change to a new hotel will give this place a much needed change to a more modern look! For the price Bally's is a much better choice !

I have stayed at the Imperial Palace before and it was much better than this last trip. The place is under construction--I guess it is transforming into what I suspect will be a higher priced hotel. There was dust, noise, and going into and out of the casino onto the strip was a long walk in a dank corridor. The hotel did nothing to thank us or to acknowledge that the situation was less than ideal. I was disappointed with this. In the land of comps, we would have been happy with some credits or a free meal to thank us for spending our money there despite the fact that we were in a construction zone. Oh well....

The hotel is going through remodeling which it needs. You can walk the halls and see how old the carpeting is. Still for the price we paid it was a good bargain. When you're in Las Vegas you spend very little time in your room. The checking in process was very long and a big wait. More people could have been at the front desk. The directions we were given to get to the hotel parking lot were great and everyone was very helpful telling us how to get places. I would stay at the Imperial again in with the remodeling.
