Very small room, unfriendly staff, very slow check-in. In addition they charge you $18 "spa fee" per day whether you want it or not, we did not order that nor expecvted to pay for it. They did not have the room we selected (king bed) only 2 queen. There are many better hotels in LV at much better value.
