I loved this hotel! From The moment I walked through the doors, the hotel staff made me feel important and welcome. They were courteous, attentive, and friendly. Our rooms were clean and exceptionally comfortable. I could have stayed in this hotel forever without ever seeing the Vegas strip. The restaurants were amazing - every bite of food was delicious. The casino was lively and the night entertainment was captivating!

The room is very small and not very clean with funny smell. They charged us $18.00 plus tax in what they called "spa fee" although we did never sign up for this. The check-in staff was rude and could not give the expected room (king bed). There are many better hotels in LV for this price! Thanks, Oregonian

NY NY was smaller of the many hotels I visited which was perfect because evrything was very centralized and easy to find & get to without walking forever! Alot of the other hotels were beautiful & fun to visit, but took forver to walk anywhere due to how large they are. I was very happy with NY NY. The entertainment was fabulous, the bars/food was great, and I slept like a baby in the beds! So comfortable. The view from our room was wonderful! Full windows on either wall gave us a memorable view! The rollercoaster goes around the hotel, and even being so close it it, I barely heard it. Check in/out was a breeze. And the staff was very helpful. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, and will definatly stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I was traveling alone and felt safe in this hotel. I used several of the facilities and the staff was always helpful and courteous. The staff can always make or break the experience and the New York New York has one of the better hotel staffs that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Congradulations
