I've stayed here 3 times. I've had three different types of rooms as my wife and I like to upgrade when we can. We have always enjoyed staying at the New York New York. The service has always been pleasant and efficient. The hotel has always been clean and beautiful. Lots of fun for all different ages. I highly recommend it. Great value too, but not a value hotel (I mean that it a good way!).

Long wait in check-in line but with an upgrade were able to check in 4 hrs early . Bell hops were constantly trying to check our bags while we were still in check-in line. ( extra tips). One food serving would actually be enough for 2 persons. Since no fridge in room, we wasted a lot of food. Need to lower price and cut back on portion. Slots were not paying off. Needs a better show than Zumanity. Needs a no smoking casino area. Signs helped getting around within hotel/casino.

I love the New York New York. We were instantly upgraded upon arrival to a suite. The room was large, clean and decorated well. Perfect location on the strip. Great restaurants in the hotel. The only draw back was that they didn't offer a poker room in the casino.
