NEW YORK NEW YORK IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL - WE LOVED THE LOCATION - VERY CONVENIENT FOR WALKING AND FOR CATCHING THE MONORAIL. IT HAS GREAT RESTAURANTS - SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE AND GREAT SHOPS TOO. THE ROLLER COASTER AROUND THE HOTEL IS SOMETHING NO ONE ELSE COULD OFFER PLUS A GREAT GAMEROOM TOO! WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AT ESPN - FOOD IS GREAT - AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THIS WAS OUR SECOND VISIT AND WE PLAN ON RETURNING NEXT FALL AND WILL BE DEFINETELY STAYING AT NEW YORK NEW YORK!!!!

This casino/hotel has flyover walkways connecting it to the MGM Grand and the Excalibur, with easy access to the monorail for access to the rest of the Strip. The Spa was excellent, and very accomodating to help my husband with modified therapy for a recent back injury prior to our trip. The Cirque du Soleil show "Zumanity" was amazing, and located right in the casino. Great restaurants, and the ESPN Zone Bar & Grille even put my husband's birthday on the scrolling ticker. Fantastic trip, fantastic location, fantastic hotel!

This was a nice place to stay. Our room was neat and clean. The bakery on the casino floor was lovely and coffee and danish there in the mornings was nice. The elevators were down a few times and that caused issues with baggage. I would stay here again. A few more shops on the casino floor would have been nice.

The New York New York had a very friendly staff. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is so much to do inside. I actually never left the hotel on my first day in Las Vegas. In my opinion, the New York New York is the best hotel to stay in on the strip. When I go back to Vegas, I will definately stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at NY NY for 3 nights in Sept 2010. Check-in was fast (even though we arrived early in the day) and our room was ready. We had the smallest room, but it was still quite large with 2 queen beds. We didn't have a view of the strip and faced the pool. The rollercoaster was nearby, but it never bothered us. Huge bathroom and awesome shower. Lots of restaurants to choose from (America has a great breakfast!). For someone looking for a reasonably priced room on the strip, I would definitely recommend.
