Our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. We liked that everything we needed was right in the hotel plus we were close to everything else on the Strip. The piano bar was a lot of fun. The restaurants were affardable and the food was good. The Italian Restaurant was our favorite. We would definitely stay there again

I would have expected better service at the restaurants considering what we paid for food. We ate at the America restaurant for breakfast each day and Mikey was great there. At the sportsbar and highly expensive steakhouse, the waitstaff seemed to not care one way or the other about us being there. Our waiter at Gallaghers seemed to be preoccupied with other guests at the bar. Even after we told him we needed the check because we had a show to get to, he wandered off to the bar and another waiter had to close us out. We passed our waiter at the bar speaking with other patrons as we walked out.

We were on our way to New York New York to attend the wedding of my granddaughter, when the news of Hurrican Sandy approaching could mean we would not be able to fly there on the day planned. Luckily we were able to take a flight a day earlier and got the last two seats on the last plane to leave JFK in New York going to Las Vegas. The hotel staff was able to give us our handicapped room a day earlier and made us comfortable upon arrival so we didn't have to change rooms that we had booked for the 5 days originally planned. Not only did we get to the wedding but we also celebrated Halloween together with all the bridal group, and we just loved the America Restaurant where we all dined together and the staff made us feel great for many meals.
